I’m Tahsan Sumon (T. Sumon), a Bangladeshi designer, writer, and systems thinker who brings together technology, psychology, and minimalism to create practical solutions for today’s world. I am also the author of The SYNARA Method, a minimalist framework that helps people manage stress and live with clarity.
